(Low-High Intermediate)
Designed for players with 1-2 years of minor hockey experience.
NOT A LEARN TO SKATE PROGRAM.
Improve your stride efficiency, develop proper technique for acceleration, strengthen your hockey stops, tight turns, edge control, forward crossovers, backward skating & backward crossovers.
Players will be divided into groups based on their skill & ability in order to maximize learning.
Coach to Player Ratio: 5 to 1

(High Intermediate-Advanced)
For the Intermediate to Advanced hockey player, age 9-14 years, wanting to refine their technique even more. This program injects speed & focuses on developing power over one's forward & backward edges, lateral moves, acceleration & quick starts, pivots & Mohawks etc.
Challenge yourself with various game-related combination moves, so you can become an efficient two way player!
Players will be divided into groups based on their skill & ability in order to maximize learning.
Coach to Player Ratio: 5 to 1

U11/13/15: Co-Ed
(Advanced Players Only)
For the Advanced hockey player, age 9-14 years, who has played at the REP level or are going for Rep Tryouts for the upcoming season.
Refine your edgework, add power to your lateral moves, acceleration & quick starts, pivots, Mohawks, punch stops, corkscrew & other advance pattern combos etc.
Resistance Training using resistance bands, speed parachutes, medicine balls & Roket Gear are all part of this program.

Cancellation Policy
Program cancelled by Karen's Hockey School (i.e. mechanical problem with the rink): Should this happen, you will receive a full refund.
Player withdraws from an entire Program: Life happens. We get it. Please kindly EMAIL us. The refund window is as follows:
more than 7 days notice: 100% money back
7 days notice or less: Partial refund, less a $50 administration fee
NO refunds once the Program has started.
Missing 1 or 2 sessions? There is no credit for any missed sessions. Please inquire about attending a make-up session(s) where available.
An intensive dryland program for those who have participated in organized ice hockey.
This athletic program uses speed parachutes, agility ladders, and other resistance equipment, to improve explosive speed, quick footwork and shooting skills. Must bring your own CSA hockey helmet with cage, hockey gloves and hockey stick.
Coach Karen is ONLY here for the MONDAY sessions, not Thursdays.
