This 4 Day Camp is ideal for players wanting to enhance their hockey knowledge in the offensive, neutral and defensive zones, so they can effectively play the game with confidence.  

Each session starts with position-specific skating.  Players will then be split up to learn the following position-specific skills:

Forwards:  

• • effective puck protection

  • deceptive moves

  • net drives

  • applying physicality

  • establish good passing lanes,

  • zone entries

  • net front battles etc.

Defence:  

• • manage gap control

  • proper angling & pinning opponent to the boards

  • develop good habits to protect the house

  • proper puck retrievals

  • defending 1v2,  defending 2v1

  • breakout variations

  • defend the blue line etc.

Each session wraps up with a battle drill to foster competitiveness and help players to make good decisions under pressure.
