For the High Intermediate & Advanced hockey player, age 7-14 years, wanting to refine their technique even more.  

This program injects speed & focuses on developing power over one's forward & backward edges, lateral moves, acceleration & quick starts, stops, pivots & Mohawks etc.  

Challenge yourself with various game-related combination moves, so you can become an efficient two way player!

Players will be divided into groups based on their skill & ability in order to maximize learning.
